Whenever a journalist downloads images from a BowerKit you own, you will receive an email. So make sure your contact person is updated and email notifications are turned on. You should follow up with that journalist using the link in the email, as it’s a sure sign they’re planning to publish.
However, there is another way to track the downloads for your BowerKits by using the Downloads feature.
From your BowerKit, select the hamburger icon on the right side of your screen and click Downloads.
You will see the download date, users who downloaded the project, name of publications and estimated publish date.
This can be very useful to help you gauge the interest surrounding your project and track its progress.
You can even follow up with the person who downloaded the BowerKit by clicking on their name to send them a message.
