If you're having trouble downloading content from BowerBird you may be getting an error that says something like, "Failed network error." What's happening is that you're trying to download a very big file (eg, 50 high res images) and somewhere during the middle of the download process the connection dropouts. This can happen for all sorts of reasons, but here's some suggestions to help you solve the problem.
Restart the download. Duh! But it's probably the most common fix.
Try to download with a different browser. Sometimes a browser update introduces download issues. Chrome for example has a lot of people reporting download issues.
Try downloading from a different computer. You might have software or malware interfering with the download.
Change your internet connection. If you're using mobile internet, or satellite internet, try downloading from fixed line or wifi.
