This is most likely due to your email provider sending emails to your junk or spam folder. Contact your email administrator to add the domain bowerbird.io to your safe sender list.
You may also have inadvertently unsubscribed from all emails. You can find this out easily:
When on any page, simply click on the menu (burger icon) on the top-right-hand corner of the screen:
Select 'My Account':
Select 'Notification Settings' on the left-hand side of the screen:
If you have email turned off, simply uncheck the box to start receiving emails again:
