If you see the tile 'Image Processing' on your BowerKit, it's likely to mean one of three things:

  1. Your image is still processing. If you have a large image (bigger than 40MB) it could take a long time to process. Wait a while then check again.

  2. If your image hasn't processed after 1 hour, it might be that the image is just too large. Try reducing it to 30MB maximum, then upload again. (Delete the old image too.)

Please note that PDFs are not supported by BowerBird at the moment. Always convert any PDFs into JPGs, before uploading.
