If you see the tile 'Image Processing' on your BowerKit, it's likely to mean one of three things:

  1. Your image is still processing. If you have a large image (bigger than 40MB) it could take a long time to process. Wait a while then check again.

  2. If your image hasn't processed after 1 hour, it might be that the image is just too large. Try reducing it to 30MB maximum, then upload again. (Delete the old image too)

  3. If you're uploading a PDF, the file might not process correctly (PDFs are very unpredictable). Try converting the PDF to a JPG, then re-uploading.
