AI Message Templates make it easy to submit your BowerKits to multiple journalists and publications. It solves the problem of having to copy-and-paste the same message again and again. It also has the added benefit of AI to help you write a custom template based on the content and story of your BowerKit.
How to create AI Message Templates
Each BowerKit has it's own message template.
Submit your BowerKit to a new journalist of publication. (Or create a new message)
This will open the new message screen, and by default this will be blank and waiting for you to type a message.
Click on the AI Message Template button. This will open the AI Message Template screen.
Click on the Generate Template button. AI will now write a template message based in the information in your BowerKit. It will highlight whats different about your project and even include placeholders for dynamic content like the recipients name. (More on placeholder below).
Click save.
Now when you create a new message it should be pre-filled with your template including the journalists name, your name and the publication name.
Placeholders
Several placeholder are provided for dynamic content. You can add them into your template, or let AI do it for you. A placeholder uses brackets like this {{ }}. The following placeholders are available.
{{ sender_first_name }}
{{ recipient_first_name }}
{{ publication_name }}
Can you edit the message before sending it?
Yes. The template just pre-fills your message. You can tweak it for different journalists before pressing send.
Each BowerKit has a one template
The template belongs to the BowerKit and can be used by anyone who has edit access to the BowerKit.
