Maybe you don’t have any new projects lined up, or your projects are taking longer to be completed. Maybe you’re going through a financial rough spot. Or maybe it’s just not the right time, and you would like to pause your BowerBird subscription.

However, if you would like some support, or you’d like to get more out of BowerBird, you can always contact us here.

If it’s really not a good time to be on BowerBird, but you’d like to come back eventually you can just ‘Pause’ your subscription.

How does this work?

First, you’ll have to pause (cancel) your subscription. You don’t have to worry about losing your data because your profile and all your BowerKits will remain on the platform.

When you’re ready to come back, you’ll just need to get a new subscription. (You can do that here). Please bear in mind the plan that you were on before might no longer be available.

Once you resubscribe, you’ll be able to reactivate your BowerKits, and you’ll recover access to your messages and stats. Everything will be just as you left it. And even while you’re unsubscribed, you will still be able to log in to use your account, and you might even be getting ‘Access Requests’ from journalists.
