On BowerBird, everyone has their own User Profile. This refers to one person only and is linked to one email address.
This is different from a Studio Profile which is not a login account but is linked to an existing user.
All subscriptions are connected to the user profile that has a paid account (they're usually the director/ founder of the studio).
The Studio Plan only gives full access to the person that has a paid subscription. This means fellow team members cannot activate BowerKits or manage Access Control. You can learn more about our plans here.
Users who want to give other staff members full access to their subscription, which includes kit activation, will need to get in touch with our Support Team.
