In order to see stats—such as which journalists have viewed your kits and a history of downloads—you will need to subscribe to the Studio, Medium, or Enterprise Plans. You can do this here.

Once you've upgraded your account, simply click on the burger icon on your BowerKit menu and select Downloads, Journalist Views, or Stats:
