This is automatically assigned to the user who created the BowerKit. However, it can be changed at any moment.

Please note that there can only be one Contact Person for each BowerKit. So you should make sure it’s someone who’ll be attentive to new messages and be able to respond in time. This way you won’t miss any publishing opportunities.
